If you are thinking of getting one, you can find the lowest price at the Britax Marathon page on http://carseatplace.com.

Britax Marathon car seats come in many different colors.  Which color are you thinking of getting?  Which is your favorite?

The most popular one is the Onyx pictured below.  It is a dark color, doesn’t get dirty easily and matches most car interiors.

My personal favorite Britax Marathon for boys is the Granite Marathon.

For girls I also like the Granite, but the Hannah car seat is also nice.

But whichever color you get, you know that by getting one of the Britax Marathon car seats, you are getting a high quality, safe seat that your kid will love.

And remember that you are not married to the color you choose.  Britax Marathon car seat covers are available in many stores.  You can always get a new cover and change the color of your car seat.  The important thing is that it is safe, comfortable, and fits well into your car.

I see lots of people are looking for a Britax Marathon discount these days.

So how do you find such a discount? 

Your best bet is to go to the CarSeatPlace.com Britax Marathon discount page and check out what they have.  They are pretty good at keeping track of the latest sales and will get you the best price around.

The other option is to go from store to store visiting the Britax Marathon Convertible Car Seat page to see who has the lowest prices.  I don’t recommend this approach because it is very time consuming.  And even if you find a low price – how will you know if the store is a reputable one?

I am sure you don’t want problems with your car seat not arriving on time or having a DOM (date of manufacture) that is in the 1900s (ok, so I am exaggerating a bit).  So you want to make sure you buy from someone you can trust.

The kind of Britax Marathon discount you may find will vary.  Sometimes discounts are pretty low and 5% is the best you can find, and sometimes they are steep.  Just recently there was a sale where you could get a Britax car seat for $50 off + 10%.  It really depends on Britax to decide when they are having a Britax sale.

And before you ask, I know I promised I would talk about britax car seat covers, and I will do it.  I would just like to cover other car seats first, such as the Britax Boulevard, Brtiax Decathlon, and Britax Roundabout.
